It is an excellent property located in Richmond Town district right by The Dukes Head, the centre of lovely Richmond, and the bars and restaurants on Richmond high street. The staff are great and lovely and ready to help if you need anything. The units are fantastic, extremely spacious. The location is stunning and marvellous, away from the tourist places. The downstairs bar is good.

Wonderful place to stay, I was there for 2 nights and would stay here again. The location was perfect as for me, adjacent to the train station, shops, bars and restaurants, Richmond town centre, and a quite area near the rear of the property. I randomly popped in Coffeeology serving some pastries, located relatively close to the hotel, it was nice.
